MODIFICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Momentum Cycling reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the MC Websites offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the MC Websites. Your are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

ON-LINE ORDERS

In the event of an order, the customer will receive, via email an order confirmation. If a product is: 1) no longer available –or- 2) currently out of stock, the customer may substitute for a different product or request a refund either by email or in writing.

REFUNDS

Momentum Cycling will honor refunding under the following circumstances: the product that was received by customer was not the identical item purchased, the item was broken or partially missing, the item was lost in shipping through a named freight company or the item was discounted within seven days after the purchase. Refunds are not longer valid if more than fourteen days after the sale.
